Semple Fraser continues to be at the cutting edge of innovation
Semple Fraser continues to be at the forefront of developments in technology, and demonstrates this most recently by being the first Scottish firm to invest in Thomson Elite’s new financial and practice management system, 3E.
Thomson Elite 3E is the next generation of Thomson’s flagship Elite suite of business optimisation software for professional service companies and is built on a completely new platform based on the most advanced technologies available, offering powerful core financial and practice management features.
Although the new system will reduce administration effort through improved integration, more significantly, information will be readily shared across the firm and key performance information will be presented to fee-earners in a relevant and understandable way. It is also anticipated that improved management information on clients, pricing, utilisation, conversion and margins will be available to aid business decision making.
The firm hope to have the new system in place by early autumn of this year.
Semple Fraser has always been at the cutting edge of technology and was the first law firm to be compliant to the latest version of PISCES [Property Information Systems Common Exchange Standard], a new electronic data exchange standard for the property industry.
Alister Fraser, Managing Partner, comments:
“We have always been committed to innovating and technological development is key for us to be able to enhance the service we deliver to our clients. In investing in 3E at an early stage we are, once again, embracing industry leading business solutions to move our firm forward.”
