BoS finance Stainton Capital Limited
The Bank of Scotland financed the acquisition by Stainton Capital Limited of a portfolio of commercial properties, located throughout the United Kingdom, with a total value in excess of £80 million.
We co-ordinated the deal and advised both the Bank as senior funders, and the separate mezzanine lenders, on all Scottish and English aspects of the transaction, including the negotiation of all facility and security documentation.
