CDM Regulations 2007
The most significant health and safety regulations to have an impact on the construction industry, the Construction, Design and Management Regulations (CDM Regs), have been replaced and the new regulations came into force on 6th April this year.
Although the principles of the CDM Regs have not changed, the new CDM Regs 2007 will put more responsibilities on those in the industry to ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to.
