Semple Fraser involved in high value Commercial Court Actions

Semple Fraser has recently been involved in three new Court of Session Commercial Court Actions for UPS Logistics, each valued at £700k. The actions were raised against the Contractor and Designer following a defective floor slab.

Semple Fraser has also been involved in two recent Commercial Court Actions for X-leisure against both the Developer and Contractor & Designer responsible for Fountain Park, Fountainbridge Edinburgh. Each action was valued at £1m.
