Corporate Killing - latest developments
The Corporate Manslaughter Bill was put before Parliament last year and following that a new uniform Bill was introduced in July 2006 called the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Bill.
However the introduction of a UK-wide Bill has come under criticism from a number of industry spokespeople and Trade Union Leaders in Scotland who feel that it unlikely to prove effective.
