Energy Certificates and the EPB Directive
Everyone involved in property – from housebuilders to architects to property developers – will be impacted by the Energy Performance of Buildings (EPB) Directive. The Directive requires all EU countries to establish minimum energy performance standards for buildings and paves the way for commercial buildings to be given energy certificates, based on their energy efficiency.
