Equality Act Discussion Forum

The Equality Act is the single biggest piece of discrimination legislation created in the country. 

There are a number of changes to the existing legislation, and it is important that employers review their existing equality policies to ensure they are up to date.

The lunch will comprise of an interactive discussion covering key issues that employers and in particular Managers and HR professionals need to be aware of under the new Equality Act 2010.  It will include consideration of the new law and importantly the preventative steps that employers can take in order to lower the risk of discrimination claims.
