A feast of new food and drinks clients
We have recently been appointed by a trio of new food and drinks clients: The Big Food Group plc, Eden Springs UK and Get Juiced.
Eden Springs, the UK division of Danone Springs, has appointed Semple Fraser to handle all of the company’s UK legal work, including group re-organisation, corporate acquisitions, projects, intellectual property, brand protection, property, employment, contractual, litigation and general risk management.
And newly launched fresh fruit juice company, Get Juiced, has appointed the firm as legal advisers to steer them through their crucial initial growth phase.
Semple Fraser have also been appointed to handle all Scottish property work for the UK’s only integrated food provider, The Big Food Group plc.
