Described as a “formidable team” by the Legal 500 providing an “excellent level of service” and having a “comprehensive understanding” of this area of law and practice, the team operates on a UK-wide basis and is highly experienced in all areas of contentious and non-contentious practice.
The team acts for clients such as Tesco, JJ Gallagher, Standard Life and Standard Commercial Securities.
Sarah Baillie comments:
“I am thrilled about joining such an impressive and highly regarded team. The scale and depth of work the firm handles is very appealing, and it is a very exciting time to be working in planning law.”
Head of the Planning Group, June Gilles, adds:
“This year is proving another extremely busy and challenging one for the planning team, and I am delighted to have another expert on board. We are experiencing an ever-increasing level of activity around the renewables sector on a range of matters, such as new wind farm development proposals and energy from waste projects, and Sarah’s experience in this area is extremely valuable.”
