Glenmorangie relocate their head office to Edinburgh
Semple Fraser acted for The Glenmorangie Company Limited in the relocation of their head office from Broxburn to The Cube, a new office building in Leith Street, Edinburgh.
Glenmorangie have taken the top floor office suite and half of the 4th floor in the building. They are undertaking a fit out and expect to take occupation later this year.
The building was designed by Allan Murray Architects and developed by Kilmartin Group and has a BREEAM excellent rating. The Landlords are a German fund represented by IVG in the UK.
Commenting on the announcement, Paul Neep, Chief Executive of The Glenmorangie Company said:
“Moving our headquarters into Edinburgh’s city centre, Scotland’s cosmopolitan capital city, is another exciting step in The Glenmorangie Company’s ongoing development.”
