OSS Group challenge The European Commission on UK waste legislation

Semple Fraser worked with OSS Group on the drafting of detailed formal Complaints to the European Commission in respect of aspects of UK legislation and regulatory practice of the UK Government prejudicial to the client's business and to their competitive disadvantage, in the context of the Waste Incineration Directive and the Waste Framework Directive.

This led to a Commission investigation of certain aspects of UK law.
