OSS Group SUCCESSFULLY challenge Environment Agency and the Energy Institute

Semple Fraser advised OSS Group and successfully challenged the Environment Agency and the Energy Institute in respect of a critical scientific development of the testing methods for ash and metals in processed waste oils.

The outcome was vital to the survival of the waste oils recycling industry and for the alignment of UK law with EU law.
