Semple Fraser advised Kier Mining Group on the drafting of a bespoke non-precedent based set of contracts for combined surface mining and landfill operation.  The project remit was to avoid any liabilities associated with historic contamination and involved highly intensive negotiations and drafting, plus analysis of technical due diligence.
