Investor buys Prospect House for £6.7m
Semple Fraser advised an institutional investor on the purchase of Prospect House from Chancery UK LLP for circa £6.7 million.
The building, in Hamilton International Park, near Glasgow, is currently let to AWG Group and HF Developments, with ten years remaining on the lease.
Prospect House comprises 46,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation and has a current rental income of £636,000 per annum.
