Avian undergo management buy-out
Semple Fraser advised Avian in the management buy out of the firm, led by Scott McCallum who takes over as Managing Director.
Scott McCallum, previously Avian’s client services director, has become the majority shareholder in the business, alongside David Ednie production director and Alasdair Chisholm, creative director.
Avian is an integrated creative agency specialising in graphic design, web design & build and software development for clients across Scotland, the UK & Europe. Their clients include including Senergy, Lloyds TSB Scotland, Waste Aware Scotland and Walkers Shortbread.
