Semple Fraser comes up trumps in Highland public inquiry
Semple Fraser, acting for Miller Developments Limited, came up trumps in a conjoined public enquiry in Thurso as they appealed against a deemed refusal for superstore and housing on the old Auction Mart site.
Asda’s application for a superstore site on the edge of Thurso had been supported by the Highland Council but called in by The Scottish Ministers. After a three week public inquiry, the Ministers refused the Asda scheme and approved Miller Developments' proposals.
Semple Fraser's Planning specialists advised Miller Development Limited and appeared for them at the inquiry.
