Tesco sign up to new St Enoch store
Semple Fraser acted for Tesco Stores as they signed up to a new store at St Enoch Centre in Glasgow.
Tesco will occupy a 15,000 sq ft shop with its Metro brand, in the lower level beneath the shopping centre’s Boots store. The store, which will be accessible from St Enoch Square, will be the only Tesco Metro in the city centre.
Tony McElroy, Tesco’s corporate affairs manager, said: "We are really pleased with this opportunity to open our Metro store in this prime city centre location. Established footfall and other top retail brands will ensure we trade successfully here."
