Semple Fraser recently advised Sign Plus Limited on the reorganisation of their business. The deal involved the transfer of shares in Sign Plus Limited to Sign Plus (Holdings) Limited and the subsequent transfer of the business and the assets to Sign Plus (Holdings) Limited.
