Partners at Babcock & Brown purchase European Infrastructure Fund
Semple Fraser recently acted for a group of European Partners at Babcock & Brown on the purchase of the insolvent Australian bank's flagship infrastructure fund.
Semple Fraser advised the management team on all Scottish aspects of the £1.9bn deal.
The team bought out the Babcock & Brown European Infrastructure Fund (BBEIF) in their new company, Arcus Infrastructure Partners. The fund will be renamed Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 1.
