Threadneedle Strategic Property Fund has backing of Barclays Wealth
Acted on the first closing of the Threadneedle Strategic Property Fund IV LP. Semple Fraser advised Threadneedle Investments on its new property fund that has the backing of Barclays Wealth.
The Threadneedle Strategic Property Fund IV fund, which represents Threadneedle’s fourth closed-ended and leveraged UK property fund, will be exclusively available to Barclays Wealth’s private clients alongside institutional investors in the UK and overseas. Threadneedle estimates it will raise around £350m of equity for this fund.
