Bella Italia sign up for 20 year lease in Edinburgh
Semple Fraser recently advised Bella Italia on a 20 year lease on its premises at 175/177 High Street Edinburgh. Rental values are £103,000 a year in the first year, rising to £118,000 by year five.
Semple Fraser have acted for Tragus Holdings, the owners of the restaurant chain, for a number of years advising them on issues relating to their property assets in Scotland including Ma Potters at Xscape, Braehead and 15 year lease of new premises at Fife Leisure Park, Dunfermline.
