Semple Fraser advised developer Baronial Properties, a new client to the firm, on the conversion of the former Co-op department store on King Street, Greenock into high quality office accommodation.

Renamed Crown House, the completed building encompasses three floors of office space with a flexible, openplan layout capable of sub-division.

Crown House has now been leased to the NHS.
