Business Homes-CALA sells office pavillion to Cellac UK
Semple Fraser recently advised Business Homes-CALA on the sale of an office pavilion at Satellite Park at Macmerry in East Lothian to Cellac UK.
Business Homes-CALA, a joint venture between CALA Properties and Business Homes, specialises in developing small business accommodation from 1250 to 6000 sq ft, importantly with their 'own front door'.
Cellac UK is an Edinburgh based flexible print solution provider, specialising in flexo and rotogravure print solutions and this is the second pavilion they have purchased at Satellite Park.
Semple Fraser has been advising Business Homes-CALA for the past four years and are appointed as legal advisors to Business Homes in relation to all of their construction work throughout the UK.
