Acted for Silverfields LLP, a joint venture between Blackrock International Land plc, Esk Properties Limited and Lochay Investments Limited, on the purchase of Silverfields Park from Standard Life Investments.
Located to the north of Edinburgh City Centre, Silverfields is a 3 acre site with 2 inter-connecting office pavilions of 33,000 sq ft previously occupied by Standard Life, although vacant for a number of years. The site falls within one of City of Edinburgh Council’s approved Masterplan areas earmarked for significant redevelopment.
Silverfields are currently in discussions with Edinburgh Council regarding planning for the mixed-use development.
