Eagle purchase QED Couriers
Semple Fraser recently acted for the well known Scottish courier company, Eagle Couriers, on the purchase of QED Couriers Limited. The acquisition will see QED's fleet of delivery vans being re-branded with the Eagle Couriers logo and all existing employees becoming part of the Eagle team.
Fiona Deas of Eagle commented on the deal and the appointment of Semple Fraser:
