This volume of rental units, mainly 1,000 to 2,000 sq ft, is encouraging at a time when the market generally is dipping.  It has been reported that contributing to Lear’s success has been the ability of Lear's legal and agency teams to work together to conclude a formal lease on very short notice, often within a week.
