George Street Capital DISPOSes OF INTERESTS IN £75m West Lothian schools project
Semple Fraser recently acted for George Street Capital - through its recently acquired PFI arm, Pacific Partners LLP - in the disposal of its interests in the share capital of HDM Schools Solutions (Holdings) Limited (the SPV formed for the purposes of the West Lothian Schools PFI project) to one of the other major shareholders, Dawn Construction Limited.
The West Lothian project is a £75m project for the provision of two new community high schools and Dawn Construction is the main contractor and FM provider.
