Rockspring purchase Trinity Centre
Semple Fraser recently acted for Rockspring Property Investment Managers in the purchase of the Mall Shopping Centre (also known as the Trinity Centre) in Aberdeen.
Rockspring acquired the 220,000 sq ft Aberdeen Shopping Centre from Capital & Regional's Mall Fund for at an initial yield of 7.9%.
Opened in 1984 as the Trinity Centre, the Mall Aberdeen is a single-level centre housing 27 units, anchored by Debenhams.
