Zurich Assurance purchase Kittybrewster
Semple Fraser have acted for Zurich Assurance Limited in the purchase of Kittybrewster Retail Park, Aberdeen.
The popular retail park -- which boasts DFS Furniture, Comet and TX Maxx amongst its tenants -- was bought in December 2009 at a price of £32 million.
The firm have advised Threadneedle and Zurich Assurance for over 15 years on a wide range of issues including property, construction, planning, environmental, employment and tax issues.
