Semple Fraser is now PISCES compliant
PISCES [Property Information Systems Common Exchange Standard] is a new electronic data exchange standard for the property industry.
PISCES provides a common data exchange standard for everyone involved in the property industry - from property investors and developers to their professional advisers.
It enables the electronic transfer of information directly between different organisations with different software systems and, as a result, improves the accuracy and speed with which property transactions are done.
Semple Fraser is now PISCES compliant to the latest version, 1.6.1. We are the first law firm to be compliant to this latest version of the standard. This means that we can accept PISCES formatted files from you and we are also able to export files to you that are PISCES compliant.
We have also designed and developed our own Transaction Management System that is PISCES compliant.
Our system will be able, in supplement of required PISCES data, to hold all customary due diligence information relating to a property, a portfolio, or any property transaction in an electronic format. This information will be available to our clients at all times through the property life cycle from purchase, through funding and management, to sale.
