Phil Morrison accredited as construction law specialist
Phil Morrison, Partner in the construction group, has recently been accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in construction law.
Phil, who joined Semple Fraser in 2001, has 13 years experience preparing and presenting disputes in arbitration and court procedures. In the last eight years he has added to this expertise by giving specialist advice on the selection and drafting of construction contracts, professional appointments and the law relating to these. Phil advises developers, contractors, sub-contractors, professionals and financial institutions on all aspects of construction work.
Phil regularly writes articles and briefings for the construction industry covering all pertinent issues with the most recent of these dealing with such matters as health and safety, adjudication and the impact of the DDA regulations.
