Semple Fraser strengthens commercial property team through 2 new appointments
Roger Clarke joins Semple Fraser as Associate from Travers Smith Braithwaite in London and John Meehan joins as Associate from Dundas & Wilson.
Roger is dual qualified English and Northern Irish law, and is currently studying to gain his qualification in Scots Law.
He joins Simon Etchell’s team which concentrates on a wide range of property development and investment transactions in Scotland and England.
Roger headed up the Northern Irish real estate team at Travers Smith Braithwaite gaining invaluable experience of the Irish property investment community.
John joins us from Dundas & Wilson where he specialised in Property Finance in the Banking department.
In his new role John will work with Colin Keenan and will serve our property development clients on complex property development deals and will also act for banks and other lenders in relation to the provision of development and investment finance.
