Semple Fraser's commercial property team celebrates promotions success
The firm's thriving commercial property group celebrates as Joanna Campbell-Smith is assumed as Partner and David Stewart is promoted to Associate.
Jo started her legal career in England. She joined Semple Fraser in 2001 as an Assistant and has progressed through the ranks to become Partner. She is an English qualified solicitor with extensive experience in the commercial property sector. Her promotion continues the firm’s development of it’s English law offer.
Having joined as Assistant just last year and now promoted to an Associate, David Stewart’s promotion recognises his high calibre, committed contribution to a number of high profile deals including Donegall Investments’ purchase of the St James Centre in Edinburgh - one of the largest deals of its kind in Scotland in recent years.
In the last 18 months alone, Semple Fraser has completed over £2 billion of shopping centre and retail asset deals throughout the UK, reaching from Inverness to Truro. The flagship transactions include Fareham Shopping Centre, The Arndale Centre in Leeds, Frenchgate Interchange in Doncaster and the St James Centre in Edinburgh.
