RBS provide lending in Travelodge and Little Chef acquisition

We were the Scottish counsel acting for Royal Bank of Scotland in cross border lending (mixed revolving credit, and senior, mezzanine, junior and junior bridge term facilities, as well as development capex and commercial mortgage facilities amounting in total to c.£730million) for the acquisition of Travelodges and Little Chefs.
