Ravenscraig development legal challenge is announced
The House of Lords issued their opinion yesterday in the challenge brought by Land Securities against the adoption of the First Alteration to the Glasgow and Clyde Valley Joint Structure Plan.
The challenge, in relation to the £1bn redevelopment of the former Ravenscraig steelworks in North Lanarkshire, has been dismissed.
