Joining the Semple Fraser team as a trainee means that you will enjoy a comprehensive range of rewards and benefits, as follows:

  • Before you even start your training we will provide you with a £1,000 contribution towards your DLP or LPC costs
  • A starting salary well above Law Society recommended rates. Currently, this is £18,000, rising to £21,500 in the second year of training. Salaries are reviewed annually in November
  • An annual cash bonus plan, providing the potential to earn a bonus of up to 15% of salary
  • Membership of our pension scheme with a 6% of salary contribution from the Firm
