Solicitor

Alison is an English qualified Solicitor within the Commercial Property Department, and has been with Semple Fraser since September 2009 when she joined as a trainee solicitor.  Alison qualified as a Solicitor in March 2011 and is based in the Glasgow office.

Alison has experience in a wide range of English commercial real estate work, including large scale portfolio acquisitions, property sales, re-financing projects and has assisted with the property aspects of corporate transactions, including cross-jurisdictional work.

She also assists clients with the day-to-day management and running of large multi-occupancy investment properties such as shopping centres and office buildings and acts for landlords and tenants to negotiate and document leases, licences, assignments, alterations and surrenders.  Clients range from individuals to large property investment and development companies.
