Andrew Boccoli

Solicitor

Andrew joined Semple Fraser in 2006 and is a Solicitor in the Construction Group.  Based in the firm’s Edinburgh office, he works closely with Kirsteen Milne.

Andrew specialises in non-contentious construction work including advising on procurement issues, building contracts, professional appointments and collateral warranties.

Andrew has experience in acting for developers, contractors and funders as well as purchasers and tenant and has acted for clients including Tesco Stores Ltd, Peel Group and the Bank of Scotland.

Andrew is a member of the Society of Construction Law.
