Angus MacRae is one of the senior Partners of Semple Fraser and was one of the original members of the firm when it was established in 1990.  He is also a member of the Management Board of Semple Fraser.  Angus is a Writer to the Signet and is a member of both the Investment Property Federation and the British Council for Offices.

Angus is dual qualified in English and Scots law and is based in Edinburgh.  Described as “commercially driven”, he acts for a range of active developers and investors (UK and overseas based, both private and institutional), and a variety of corporate end users in a diverse spectrum of industries.  He focuses in particular on operator driven real estate (particularly the student accommodation, healthcare and leisure industries) and acts for clients such as iQ Property Partnership (the student accommodation fund), Blackrock International Land, KP (the Danish Pension Fund) and Irish Life as well as Everest, Booker, Fedex and other corporate occupiers.
