Bill Fowler is head of the Corporate Group and a highly experienced corporate law practitioner.  He holds nearly 20 years’ experience in corporate law, both in private practice and in-house in the technology industry. 

Bill also leads the firm’s leading Renewables and Energy Group and advises on M&A and joint venture transactions and contractual matters in relation to renewable energy and energy from waste projects. 

He is dual qualified in Scots and English law and has particular experience in transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs, joint ventures and multi-party partnering/project arrangements, venture capital investments and commercial contracts.

Bill acts for clients such as Ayrshire Power, Braveheart Group, Copart Inc, Eden Springs, the Peel Group, Shanks Waste Management, James Watt Dock, and Partnerships in Care Group.

Bill is recognised for his client centred approach and project management skills.  Legal 500 quotes him as being “approachable, balanced and plain-speaking”.
