Solicitor
Caroline joined the firm as a specialist corporate and commercial solicitor in 2005. She is based in the Edinburgh office and is dual-qualified under Scots and English law, advising clients throughout the UK.
She provides specialist advice on corporate matters and has a wealth of experience in transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations, and corporate structures (including shareholders’ agreements, limited liability partnerships and limited partnerships).
Caroline is a member of the firm’s Renewable & Energy Group, providing advice in relation to corporate and commercial matters for those in the Renewables and Energy sector including setting up corporate structures for deals, undertaking due diligence exercises and the drafting of bespoke commercial contracts.
Caroline is a former President of the Edinburgh’s Businesswomen’s Club, having served as the Club’s youngest ever President in the 20 or so years of its existence.
