Danielle originally joined Semple Fraser in June 2007 as a participant in the Firm’s first summer placement scheme.  Following completion of her legal studies she returned in September 2009 to undertake a specialised traineeship within the Commercial Litigation Department.

Danielle has experience in handling a wide range of commercial disputes predominantly in the Commercial Court of the Court of Session, regularly instructing and working with many of Scotland’s leading Senior and Junior counsel.

Danielle advises and assists clients on a variety of matters including recovery of possession/removal of illegal occupiers, dilapidations and service charge claims, breach of contract and debt recovery.
