Elspeth Carson is based in the firm’s Edinburgh office and heads up the firm’s Real Estate Team there.  She is very highly regarded by her colleagues, by her clients and by the market, and is ranked by Chambers legal directory as a leading individual.

Elspeth acts for, amongst other clients, Tesco Stores Limited, undoubtedly one of the most active market players in the UK, BAE Property Systems, Rockspring Hanover Property Unit Trust and Rock UK Value Fund.  In addition, she and her team act for a number of occupiers such as Iron Mountain, TNT UK/Logistics, Loomis Cash Management and Ceva Logistics. 

Elspeth, one of the firm’s dual qualified lawyers, is extremely diligent and, along with her fellow Partners, has established and developed the UK law offering in Edinburgh and Manchester.
