Director

Fiona Carlin joined Semple Fraser in April 2008 and specialises in the field of insolvency, undertaking work from Insolvency Practitioners, corporates and creditors in effecting appointments in corporate and personal insolvencies, and regularly advising on related insolvency issues. 

Since joining Semple Fraser, she has been involved in a number of appointments for large accountancy firms, including KPMG, PWC, Deloitte, Zolfo Cooper, BDO and Invocas.  The current market has also led to an increase in pre-insolvency advice and Fiona has advised on restructuring and on avoiding insolvency or at least minimising the consequences of it.

Fiona regularly presents to clients on key issues in insolvency, most recently on issues involved in pre-packaged administrations.

A Director is an internal senior promoted post but is not a member or partner of the LLP.
