Solicitor

Gemma is a Scottish qualified solicitor in the Commercial Property Department and has been with Semple Fraser since May 2009.

Gemma is a member of Simon Etchells’ team and she completed her fixed seat traineeship in Commercial Property in April 2011.  In that time she has already built a great wealth of transactional experience.

She has assisted on a broad spectrum of investment transactions including the acquisition and management of large multi-occupancy investments such as shopping centres and industrial estates, as well as development and funding transactions, a number of which involving cross border co-ordination.
