Heather joined Semple Fraser at the start of 2010 from Pinsent Masons where she dealt with a broad range of commercial property matters for both public and private sector clients including Aviva Investors, Close Brothers and Defra.  Heather spent 6 months on secondment to a key University client as their sole in-house legal adviser.  She is based in our Manchester Office.

Heather has experience in property investment acquisitions / disposals and portfolio sales, together with negotiation of development agreements for leases and conditional contracts and acts for developers, investors and landlords.  She also advises on all aspects of leasehold work for both landlords and tenants in the industrial, office and retail sectors and undertakes general property portfolio management work for landlord and tenant clients.
