Jo-Anne Nisbet

Jo-Anne joined Semple Fraser in 2009 and undertook a specialist corporate traineeship.  She is currently based in Edinburgh, after working in the firm's Glasgow and Manchester offices and has gained valuable experience of both Scottish and English transactions of varying sizes and complexities.

She advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring, as well as undertaking general corporate advisory work and providing corporate support for the banking and property teams.

Recent transactions include a private placing for Reform Energy plc and acquisitions for Eden Springs UK Limited and Land Securities Group plc.
