Director

Kathryn is an English qualified lawyer who has significant experience advising on the complex planning issues arising in both the private and the public sector.

Kathryn began her legal career as a local authority planning lawyer before moving into private practice over ten years ago, and therefore has invaluable experience working for both local government as well as acting for developers.

She specialises in all aspects of planning, highways and CPO law and has a wealth of experience dealing with large-scale development and regeneration projects, acting for both the public and private sectors.  Her development, retail and housing experience includes acting for developers and investors on numerous high value projects throughout the UK, and she has also acted for a number of local authorities and RDAs with regards to securing complex planning permission and assessing viability for future projects.

A Director is an internal senior promoted post but is not a member or partner of the LLP.
