Kerry Gallagher

Solicitor

Kerry is a dual qualified solicitor in Scotland and England who has specialised in commercial property since joining Semple Fraser as a trainee in 2005.

She has built up experience in a wide range of real estate transactions, and has particular expertise in acquisitions, disposals and property financings for investor and developer clients, as well as commercial leasing/management.

Kerry has acted for a range of clients including UNITE, one of the largest providers of student accommodation in the UK, and Threadneedle and Rockspring Hanover Property Trust, both major players in the UK investment market.
