Lyndsey joined Semple Fraser as a Commercial Property trainee in 2006 and having completed a two year fixed seat traineeship, now has 5 years of commercial property experience.

She has been involved in a number of different property transactions during that time including lease transactions, purchases, sales, site assemblies, as well as property finance projects for a range of different clients such as landlords, tenants, developers, and investment purchasers.

Lyndsey has acted for clients including Tesco Stores Limited, JJ Gallagher Limited, Schroder and Propinvest Limited.
